Q + A

Where can I park at the venue?

The parking lot is right across the street from Texas Discovery Gardens located here: (32.77470461346813, -96.76101649281078). We will have some directional wedding signage at the venue to help you find your way.

We are expecting high traffic volume this Saturday from numerous events happening campus wide. TDG guests never pay for parking. The wedding guests only need to let any gate attendants at GATE 6 know they are here for a TDG event, parking is complimentary in Lot 6B and 6A.

From southbound 75 or northbound I-45, exit at 2nd Ave Fair Park exit, stay to the right onto Robert B Cullum Blvd, you will pass Gate 5, then turn left at Gate 6, turn right and then right again into the TDG parking lot, cross the street and you’re at Texas Discovery Gardens.

From eastbound I-30, exit at 1st Ave and stay to the right, at Parry Ave traffic light turn right, Parry turns into Robert B Cullum, you will pass Gate 5 and then at Gate 6 turn left and then right and right again into the TDG parking lot, cross the street and you’re at Texas Discovery Gardens.

Please note: Texas Discovery Gardens shares a parking lot with Fair Park, which charges paid parking during big events or major concerts. If Fair Park is charging for parking during our wedding, tell the gate attendant you are visiting TDG for the Sivoravong/Hochstein wedding and they should let you through for free.
